Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy applies to the VPNWC website, user panel, client applications, and related subscription services. It explains what data this service processes, why it is processed, and how users can view, manage, or delete account-related information. Please read the following before using VPNWC.

Data Collection and Processing Purposes

Creating an account requires only a username and password; no email address is needed. VPNWC processes the username, protected authentication credentials, and account status to identify the account, maintain sign-in sessions, and prevent unauthorized access. When a user submits a support ticket, its text, attachments, and handling records are linked to the account so the same issue can continue to be handled.

After a subscription or traffic package is purchased, the system stores the plan name, order amount, payment status, creation time, traffic usage, and order change records. This information is used to deliver the service, reconcile billing, process plan upgrades, and handle refund requests. Order records are not used to build user profiles related to cross-border access activity.

Website analytics may include pages visited, referring pages, browser type, system language, device category, visit time, and an approximate region inferred from a network address. This data is used to check whether pages work properly, identify abnormal requests, and improve content structure. Analytics primarily use aggregated results and are not used to identify a user's specific activity on international websites.

No-Logs Position and Connection Data

VPNWC does not record which websites users visit, store DNS query content, communications, or application traffic, or create a long-term connection history that could reconstruct personal browsing activity. Traffic usage shown in an account is used only to calculate plan allowances and does not include destinations or transmitted content.

To establish connections, assign international routes, and troubleshoot current faults, the system may process necessary technical status during a session, such as the selected route, protocol type, connection success, and error category. These statuses are used only to operate the service and resolve faults; they are cleared after the session ends or troubleshooting is complete and are not retained as a long-term browsing profile. If a user voluntarily provides diagnostic information in a ticket, that content is retained with the ticket until the ticket or account is cleared.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Payment Processing

The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to save sign-in status, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary security markers. This data keeps sessions continuous and remembers user choices. Disabling necessary storage may prevent sign-in status from being maintained, but it will not affect basic reading of public pages.

Alipay, WeChat, and USDT payments are processed by the respective third-party payment systems. VPNWC receives the transaction status, order identifier, and amount verification result needed to complete an order, while payment credentials and complete information held by a third-party account are handled by the relevant payment provider under its privacy rules. Before submitting information on a payment page, users should also review the terms provided by that payment provider.

Retention, Security, and Deletion

Account information is retained while the account remains active. Order and refund records are retained as needed for billing reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable requirements; analytics are retained for the period needed for aggregated analysis; and ticket information is retained while support matters are being handled. Once the processing purpose ends, relevant data is deleted, de-identified, or converted into aggregated information that cannot be linked to a specific account.

VPNWC uses access controls and storage safeguards appropriate to the type of data and limits access to personnel who need it to handle accounts, billing, or technical support. Network transmission and storage measures reduce risk, but no online system can eliminate every risk.

Users can view account and order information in the user panel. To delete an account, clear ticket content, or make a request concerning personal data, users can submit it through a user panel ticket. To prevent someone else from acting on their behalf, users may be asked to confirm account identity before processing. After a deletion request is completed, records that must be retained for billing disputes or applicable requirements will remain access-restricted and will be cleared when the retention purpose ends.

Policy Updates and User Choices

VPNWC may revise this policy when service features, data processing methods, or applicable requirements change. Updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be changed accordingly. If an adjustment materially affects the scope of data processing, the user panel will provide relevant information so users can understand the change before continuing to use the service.

Users can clear cookies and local storage through browser settings, or stop using the service and request account deletion. Questions about this policy, the scope of account data, or deletion results can be submitted through a user panel ticket; this service will not require users to submit identity information through channels that are not published on the site.
